Shipping & Returns

We take great care in all our pieces and make sure each product that leaves our workshop is exactly what you had asked for.
However most of our products are hand dyed, hand embroidered and hand woven on the looms across rural India and there might be slight irregularities and differences but we believe these variations only celebrate the uniqueness of being hand made .
Additionally, there might be slight color variations because of calibrations of different monitors and devices despite our efforts to make sure our pictures are as close to the exact product as possible.
Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping: 
There are no shipping charges for prepaid orders pan India. However, for a Cash on Delivery order, there would be a charge depending on the weight of the consignment calculated at the time of checkout.

In case of any defective piece from our end, you need to send images and video of parcel opening on mail at majeesticbyneha@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the package, after check and verifying the issue we will replace the same once we have received the said piece. Also, the items returned should be unused and with all tags and labels intact.
Delivery Time: 
From the date of placing an order, we would normally take 2-3 weeks to dispatch your order. Orders might be delayed on occasions that are not in our control. 
In case you need a garment by a particular date, please reach out to our team and inform us in advance.
International Shipping: 
We ship worldwide. Please choose your shipping zone while placing your order. Our international shipping charges will vary depending on your location and the weight of the consignment. 
Your purchase will be shipped through a reliable courier partner. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your package to arrive. Some areas may take longer depending on customs.
Please note: We do not accept exchange & returns for any order shipped internationally.
Exchanges/Returns:
We offer exchanges in sizes only for all items on our website. We suggest you to go through our size guide and order exact same or one size bigger for relaxed fit to avoid exchanges. If the ordered piece doesn't fit you, please write us at majeesticbyneha@gmail.com with your measurements, the size you have ordered within 24 hours of receiving the package, we will check and get back to you in 2-3 working days. Kindly note that we will not be able to offer exchange in case of wrongly ordered sizes, we will only be able to offer exchange in case of our mistake or wrongly shipped size. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges will not be accepted for any customized orders or products purchased in any kind of offers or discounts. A product is eligible for exchange only if it is a standard size order.
We do not accept exchange & returns for any order shipped internationally.
Please read item descriptions carefully and note sizes of products. Please also know monitors are calibrated differently and colors, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate.
If you are shipping an item over Rs 2000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Sale items:
Sale pieces are not applicable for return or exchange under any circumstances. 
Refund Policy
Please note, we do not provide any monetary refunds. 
Only in case of damaged/defective products from our end, credit notes will be initiated within 10 working days.

Returns will only be acceptable if the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification via E-mail or WhatsApp.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
